We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! We were lucky enough to book a room at last minute then were told they had moved us to penthouse suite, and it did not disappoint. The suite was incredibly spacious, and the beds were super comfortable, making for a very restful stay. My daughter was especially happy to have her own room, which made a huge difference during our visit. The breakfast was spot on—plenty of variety, and the staff were more than happy to cater to any special requests. If there was something specific we wanted, like a cooked item not immediately available, the team was more than willing to accommodate us. The location of the hotel was perfect. It’s right in the heart of everything, with local amenities, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. We didn’t have to worry about transportation, as everything we needed was right nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Glasgow.

The location of the Holiday Inn was absolutely perfect. Within metres of the Royal Concert Hall. Our overnight stay which included dinner at Bonne Auberge and breakfast the following morning was perfect. The accommodation was very clean, and appeared to have been refurbished. While not a big room, the beds were comfortable and there was no noise from either the adjoining rooms or from the busy road outside. The food in the restaurant below the hotel was very good. Great value with a set price on offer, and service both at dinner and at breakfast was excellent. We were particularly impressed by the staff. From the reception desk at checking in, to the restaurant staff and the Manager when we were checking out the following morning. Everyone was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Glasgow City and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy, which made for a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. In addition to the excellent service, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the vibrant city and its attractions. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Glasgow. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it's a fantastic choice!

The staff were excellent from the get go, Wiktoria at the reception was so lovely and had gave us an upgrade for our room as we were celebrating getting married a week prior. She also gave us two complimentary drinks which was really appreciated. The room was lovely and clean, we have stayed several times at this hotel and have never had an issue! The breakfast was great and lots of choices available. It’s so central to everything in the city, bars, restaurants, cinema and shopping! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Louise

Lovely hotel, had one of best rates in the centre. We found the location to br spot on. Didn't hear any noise at all despite our room being next to the stairwell. Staff were impeccable. Very welcoming and accommodating (especially when I ran out of water and had to ask reception in the early hours of the morning - big appreciation there for saving me) Breakfast was plentyful, one of the nicer breakfasts from a hotel chain. Room clean and comfortable for a night or 2.
